Set 3: War Hammer — El Capitan from macadam to half way up hill — Zebra WALK the rest of the way up hill (like Zebra Butt Kicks but add the bear walk forward) — Yul Brynner

Finished with a few minutes of stretching and groaning.  This was a slow burn; it took a few hours to really feel sore.
