Einstein Lowes and TUCK ran

ElToro and Spike rucked

Einstein lead runners out on the original thicket route and back to the flag via the river trail. Lowes fell in the first water crossing (well maybe not this time). Tuck hasn’t gone for a run in a while. Did a few  recovery pull-ups using a branch. Tuck is going to Maine in June or July which reminded Lowes that he booked a trip to Maine as well. Did a few recovery dips and Irkins at the picnic tables and then finished with our 4miles at the flag. Lowes was smoked: he didn’t remember posing for the photo prior to COT. Spike and ElToro talked about some deep stuff on their walk together (ping pong and donuts). 

It was nice to be able to turn the headlamp off before the end of the run. Always enjoy the Thicket and the pax.
