3 hardcore runners arrived early to get some extra work in and scout out the wind situation. On their advice, we set out on a southernly course toward Barratt Middle School where on October 26, 1967 MLK gave his Life’s BluePrint speech.  4 miles were run and many push-ups, squats, LBCs we’re done while meditating on the words from that immortal speech…
”If you can’t fly, run.

but by all means, keep moving!”
