It was a hot & humid one. YHC had a very nice graduation party the day before, so I was ready to do my penance for overindulgence.

We did a quick warmup of Michael Phelps, Abe Vigodas, SSH & Imperial Walkers. Einstein had the hip-hop bebop going.

The Thang

10 Burpees, then a lap

10 Burpees, 10 lunges, then a lap

10 Burpees, 10 lungers, 45 second iron cross, then a lap

10 diamond merkins, then a lap

10 diamond merkins, 10 prisoner squats, then a lap

10 diamond merkins, 10 prisoner squats, 10 egg beaters, then a lap.

And so on with versions including ranger merkins, archer merkins, crucible merkins.

It was hard work & everyone pushed each other to get through one more round.

I always enjoy pearls on a string work outs that get the muscles pumped and the lungs heaving.
