Warmup: mosey lap around Reeves park, followed by SSH (60x IC … in celebration of R2BQ), Abe Vigota (10xIC), Grass Pickers (15x IC), Imperial Walkers (15x IC), Bat wings, Sprinklers (15x IC), Hillbilly Walkers (15x IC), and some solid stretching.
Mosey to the stage benches for a warmup racoon crawl.
Mosey to the VFW for a burpee ladder plus 5, to reach a rep total of 60.
Mosey back to the stage. (1) flying squirrels (5x); (2) Imperial Squat Walkers (10x); (3) LBC (15x); (4) Mountain Climber (20x); merkins (10x) – total 60 reps. Run around fenced garden.
Rinse and repeat.
