Format:
- Count-o-rama after warm up determined the batting order
- During each “at bat” PAX drew a paper from bucket and read to the team
- One of Three items could be drawn
- “Hit” – single, double, triple, homerun
- Paper described how the PAX would carry their coupons to the base and the exercise performed once reached
- Single – carry coupon in mid-bicep curl. At first base always biceps or triceps exercise
- Double – carry coupon overhead. At second base always a merkin exercise
- Triple – carry coupon on shoulder. At third base always a back exercise
- Homerun – get your trot on! Round the bases twice.
- Paper described how the PAX would carry their coupons to the base and the exercise performed once reached
- “Coach Conditioning Request”
- Short Mosey from first base line to left field fence and back or
- Ab exercise
- “Strikeout”
- PAX was penalized for all strikeouts in the form of exercises which were one of the following:
- 12 man makers
- 15 burpees
- 12 Lion Kings
- 60 second elevator merkins
- 90 second elevator merkins
- 10 american hammers, in cadence, with coupon
- Once the team struck out 3 times, a 1/3 mile mosey was assessed
- PAX was penalized for all strikeouts in the form of exercises which were one of the following:
- “Hit” – single, double, triple, homerun
- One of Three items could be drawn
