The BackBlast:

22 HIM posted on a georgeous fall morning for the beatdown.

Warm-up: mosey around Reeves park, with racoon crawls part way through the loop.  Circle up for warm-up exercises and stretching: SSH (20x IC), Grass pickers (10x IC), Imperial Walkers (20x IC), Bat Wings (20x IC – FWD, REV, Chinook), Sprinklers (20x IC), Hillbilly Walkers (20x IC), Copperhead merkins (5x IC), strecthing.

Second warm-up:  mosey to Manavon Park.  Pair off and complete a Burpee Ladder, one of my personal favorites.  Alternate / count up from 1 to 10 burpees for each PAX (for a total of 55 burpees).

Relay races on the tennis courts.  Split into four teams of 5 PAX:

Course 1: bear crawl–squats–bear crawl–mountain climbers–bear crawl–imperial squat walkers–bear crawl–plank jacks.

Course 2 in reverse: crawl bear–squats–crawl bear–mountain climbers–crawl bear–imperial squat walkers–crawl bear–plank jacks.

Course 3: repeat course 1.

Mosey back to Reeves park for 10 MOM: American Hammer (20x IC), heel taps (20x IC), wife pleasers (10x IC), LBC (20x OYO), flutter kicks (20x IC), flutter kicks, hands behind head (20x IC), Freddie Mercury (20x IC), American Hammer (20x IC).

Finish with some stretching and COT.
