Backblast:  15 HIM posted on a humid, drizzly morning for a Killer-Bs workout.

Warmup: mosey lap around Reeves park, followed by SSH (25x IC), Sprinklers (15x IC), Grass Pickers (10x IC), Imperial Walkers (15x IC), Bat wings (10x IC), Copperhead Merkins (10x IC), Hillbilly Walkers (15x IC), Smurf Jacks (15x IC), and some solid stretching.

Mosey to the jungle jim for quick set of 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, and 5 pull-ups OYO.  Then mosey to the grassy knoll for a burpee ladder with partners (total of 45 burpees).  Then mosey to the stage for four sets of B-circuits:

  1. Bobby Hurleys (25x OYO) + BBSU (25x OYO) + pie-shaped mosey.
  2. Baryshinkov squats (25x OYO) + boxcutters (20x IC) + pie-shaped mosey.
  3. Burp & groin (25x OYO) + Bulgarian split squats (10x each leg OYO) + pie-shaped mosey.
  4. 8-count Bodybuilder (10x in psuedo-funky cadence) + pie-shaped mosey.

Partner catch-me-if-you-can:  PAX 1 bear crawls while PAX 2 does 7 squats / 7 merkins / 7 BBSU, then runs to catch up with PAX 1.  Switch and repeat.

6MOM:  American Hammer, Freddie Mercury, Flutter Kicks, Heal Taps, strecthing.
