Conditions – 60 and dry, an absolute miracle for November. Started with a real weak disclaimer and a quick warmup of SSHs, grass pickers, imperial walkers, and some stretching. YHC knew that this was the originally scheduled weekend for the local grow ruck event that had to be postponed, so I wanted to do something similar by carrying heavy things as a team. The beat down was a reverse tortoise and the hare. The main group of PAX mosey’d ahead to the next waypoint and performed 5 burpees, 10 merkins, and 15 big boi sit-ups, while two PAX brought the supplies of the 50# sandbag and a rucksack with 60# in it. The waypoints were –

4) VFW parking lot

5) The flag (where Side Effects finally decided to join)

6) Holy Family School

7) Gateway Pharmacy

8) Congregation B’nai Jacob

9) The Flag

Overall we covered about 2.5 miles

Finished with some 6MOM of hammers, flutters, Superman’s, and a final stretch.
