It was a bit chilly this morning, as the men gathered in the Gloom. Some guys still wore bright pink tights (looking at you, Hall Pass), while others thought it was too warm for that. Others still sported sweatshirts or knit caps, but soon after we got moving, layers started to shed!
We can finally see each other at 0530, as the sunlight started streaming towards us early, and the rain but a distant memory of last week as YHC gave a solid disclaimer and a hearty welcome, as we circled up.

The Thang :
Mosey to Business Park off of Bridge Street. Along the way, Good Morning Burpees.
For anyone who responds to my Good Morning greeting in any manner, we do 1 burpee, adding to the previous burpees as we go. If someone doesn’t respond, we do 5 penalty monkey humpers, increasing with each person who either greets or doesn’t greet us.
After arriving at the lovely parking lot, the men lined up along a line, facing the far side of the lot.

YHC’s original idea was deconstructed burpees, but doing that many leg thrusts wasn’t looking too fun, so it was switched to mountain climbers and flutter kicks were also added to round it out.

Mosey to the end of the parking lot.
Then 18 reps of each & mosey

The PAX lined up in a plank line, where we did plank hurdles until the first man was finished, and then mosey back to the starting area, where we finished with the 5 count rep of each exercise. Plank Hurdles = a plank line where the man in the back jumps over the legs & back of the guy in line, jumping all the way down the line until he’s at the start of the line, and re-planks.
