YHC went to bed at 8:00 pm last night. I quickly fell asleep and was dreaming of kicking Winklevoss’ ass in arm wrestling when I was woken by my phone ringing. It was Einstein, in Florida, FaceTiming me. I quickly pressed the ignore button, cursed him out a bit, and then proceeded to toss and turn for another hour

I woke, still angry, and decided to dedicate today’s workout to the man himself. So we spelled out Einstein, Einstein, Brady, FaceTime what the f. Q by committee. I don’t remember all of the exercises but we quickly learned that the letters in Einstein’s name don’t jive with our f3 lexicon.
