Mosey to the corner

The Thang:
LL Cool J’s – Alternating Lunges (R – L), Burpee “Cool”, Jump Squat 10 – OYO
Escalator – 10 Jump ups, 20 burpees, 30 merkins, 40 squats, 50 lunge-walk 1 round
Griff – run 1 big lap, small lap backward
Dying Cockroach – on your back, right hand to left foot, left hand to right foot 10 – OYO
Austin Ass-kickers – same as Alabama but add your opposite arm 20 – OYO
Yurpee – clap merkin with a tuck jump instead of clap at top of burpee 10 – OYO

L.E.G. D.A.Y. round 2 but half the Escalator (Legkick informed me this alone is supposed to be a whole workout… but that’s not my style) and as many Yurpees as you could handle.
