ElToro led Lowes, Einstein and Trigger on a run on the paved trail. We stopped 6 or 7 times for merkins (and for ElToro to catch his breath). We ran close to 4.8 miles. Felt good to return to running. Felt like a 45 min cot. A lot of talk between the four of us. Some heavy stuff shared. When this crew runs the paved trail again YHC will join
