The PAX did Apple Turnovers the length of the parking lot (3 spaces bear crawls, 3 spaces crab walks)

PAX did a 0.3 mi lap around the church

PAX came to the base of the hill in front of the church and did the following:

Partner 1 – Bear Crawl

Partner 2 – 10 Squats, Merkins, and LBC’s, then catch Partner 1 and switch till you get to the top of the hill

Mosey 0.3 mi around the church

Partner 1 – Crab walk up the hill

Partner 2 – 10 Big Boy Situps, Imperial Squat Walkers, and Archer Merkins and then catch Partner 1 and switch going up the hill

Mosey 0.3 mi around the church
