The BackBlast:

Eight HIM posted in a refreshing drizzle.  Warm-up on the stage with SSH, Grass Pickers (with the clap!), Abe Vigota, Bat Wings, Imperial Walkers, Hillbilly Walkers, and stretching.  Next, mosey around the park back to the benches for a set of Dips (25 OYO), Step-ups (25 each leg, OYO), and Inclined Merkins (25 OYO).  The Thang: BLIMP stations = B-Burpees (5 OYO), L-Lunges (10 IC), I-Imperial Walkers (15 IC), M-Merkins (20 CC), P-Plank Jack (25-IC).  We did a total of five BLIMP stations, each with a recovery mosey in between, for a total of 1.8 miles.  Circle up at the play ground for 6 MOM: American Hammers, low flutters, and WW I sit-ups.  Last, we did some broga to stetch out those hip flexors.  Way to work, men!
