COT involved an advertisement regarding an upcoming Catholic League Basketball Championship game on 2/28 that a few guys intend to attend.  Also, there were some intentions raised for a grandmother and a family friend who recently passed.

Wrap up highlighted a well known Beatitude:

“Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”

Mentioned how meekness is probably the least admired character quality in America.  And how we often associate meekness with weakness.  But really, there is a difference between being meek and being weak.

“Meekness is the power to absorb adversity and criticism without lashing back.”
