Fourteen PAX arrived at the blast furnace right outside an occupied Airstream on a beautiful Saturday morning. Three had completed a 3 mile ruck the rest enjoyed some extra fart sack time. After the Mission, Core Principals, Disclaimer the PAX took off on a mosey, the long way, to the VFW.
At the VFW it was explained by YHC that the theme of the workout was October 5th (10/5) so the workout would contain the numbers 5 and 10 several times as well as a playlist made up entirely of songs that were released (either as a single or as part of an album) on October 5th.

COT
Pax then circled up for a COT where we welcomed Mike (the 0.5 FNG) to come from the audience to join us on stage. Praise was given to Spinal Tap’s friend Andrew for finding work after being abruptly let go from a previous job. Prayers for Prefontaine’s M and the difficulties they are going through with her pregnancy. Prayers that the PAX can continue to live the mission and vision of F3 even outside of the beatdowns.
Coffeeteria followed by the flag, where we also met the inhabitant of the aforementioned Airstream.
