Warmup was not thought through, but we did things I cannot recall

7 reps and 7 exercise stops with brisk walk in between; held half off coupons throughout

  1. Shoulder shrugs in cadence – car port corner
  2. Irkins – steps/curb
  3. shoulder tap plank – back building corner
  4. Slow mo mountain climbers – playground corner
  5. Split squats – pavilion
  6. Squats in cadence – entrance corner
  7. Calf raises in cadence – last corner

Mary was unprepared, but it wasn’t her fault. We did lite stretching and some abs

Sidenote, for next time: will run instead of walk to each station
