Happy Serendipity Day!
Warmup – count off and remember your number. started the workout with the slaughter starter – (20 burpees oyo). Had a little fun and had pax line up as if we were going to do a sprint race and serendipitously had them do 20burpees instead.
mosey to business park with coupons out and ready.
The Cooper was too easy. Modified up to the jacked Cooper with the following;
loop mosey
10 Manmakers
10 Squats w/ coupon
10 Derkins
Loop
Then 9,9, 9 of same until you get to 1.
whatever number you had that’s the round you had to count – yhc hates counting. Dialup hijacked the Q and instead of counting his 1 he counted to 10 to finish off the Jacked Cooper. In total we did 64 of each exercise and 2.25miles.
3 minutes of Mary – toe touches / heel taps
COT: shared the following:
Serendipity is when we stumble on something delightful when we are not looking for it, a passing moment of unexpected meaning or importance.
Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”
Coffeeteria and munchkins – Serendipity happened. ElToro stayed (no noise before 9am), Father Delco talked about deer and vultures, The Junction is officially launching.
Wanted to share this as well: A couple of weeks ago. Sermon was about the habit of participation. The whole time i was thinking this is why F3 works. Gathering together, showing up for one another, connects us to something greater than ourselves. It’s not what we get out of F3 it’s what we bring to F3. It’s not just about the workout. It’s about showing up, participating, and contributing to each other’s lives.
