Ten HIM posted on a drizzly morning.
Warm-up: mosey around Reeves Park, then circle up around a Christmas pole for (1) SSH – 20 IC; (2) grass pickers – 10 IC; (3) Imperial Walkers – 15 IC; (4) Bat Wings; (5) Sprinklers – 15 IC; (6) Hillbilly Walkers; (7) stretching.
Mosey to Manavon Park. Along the way, we stopped at a respectful slice of curb, where we did a wheel of merkins, IC (10x inclined merkins, 10x right-hand on curb, 10x derkins, 10x left-hand curb).
At the shelter, stop for dips and steps-ups, then on to Spike Hill.
(1) burpees, 5 rep at top of hill; (2) Lt. Dans, 10 reps at bottom of hill; (3) plank jacks, 15 reps at top of hill; (4) LBCs, 20 reps at bottom of hill. Repeat for total of four sets. Between each set, we reviewed one of the five core principles of F3.
Mosey back to Reeves Park, stopping along the way for American Hammers and another Wheel of Merkin.
