- The Pax mosied around the block to the 1st base and circled up for 25x IC of the following (with much mumble chatter “gee I don’t remember doing this many before….”):

Thang:
- PAX partnered up for a combination of 5oo squats – 1 partner did squats, while the other ran to left field and did 20 Mtn climbers, then switched.
- PAX lunge walked in cadence from the 1st base to the big tree, then mosied to the flag for some respect to F3 and reflections from Hops, in preparation for 5 merkins OYO:
- Regular merkins
- Right stagger merkins
- Left stagger merkins
- Diamond merkins
- Regular merkins
- PAX ran to the bandstand for some MacDeuce (each round consisted of 12 reps of the 3 exercises, followed by a lap around Mr. Reeves’ statue):
- Round 1 – Burpees, Merkins, Leglifts, Run
- Round 2 – Lunges, Floyd Merriweathers, Bobby Hurley’s, Run
- Mosy to the flag for Mary
