The humidity continues & it was almost 80 degrees when we set off at 5:15 AM. Lube was visiting downrange from F3 St Louis, glad to have him back again. He set off in a borrowed ruck, evidently ruck plates make for bad carry on luggage, with ElToro, GameCube & Spike. Hanger was doing his own think & rucked OYO as he arrived a bit late. Pebbles & I ran.
The ruckers went down to the river path and back. Pebbles & YHC headed over Sullivans Bridge to hit the low, soft paths close to south bank of the Schuylkill. The brief run along the stony rail bed was a brief bit of misery, and then down to the dirt trails. Pebbles benefited from being the 6 as YHC must have cleared 25 spider webs for him.
We all met up back at the shovel flag for CoT.
