pyramid of pain – work your way across, up, and back down the skate ramp with decline merkins (about 5)
The rest of the pax cycled through the following while waiting for his turn:
al gore, lunges, burpees, and plank jacks

We completed four rounds, which included a detour mosey to look for the phantom path…
