A lil yoga to warmup…one arm block carry til it (just about) falls off, then 3 man makers and your back at it, carrying w the other arm, and repeat…sundial merkins, doing 10 at each hour w some back rows in between…around the world paced by renegade rows + a heavy dose of curls…finished w some hollow holds…CoT was an opportunity to appreciate those that get up w us every morning and new friends made over 4 years.
