It wasn’t the same without some of our regulars but we got after it nonetheless. The guys tolerated the workshopping off a medicine ball/plank/leapfrogging exercise. Then we did some good ‘ol fashioned hill runs, merkins, lunges, dips, squats, box jumps and core work. Appreciate the birthday wishes, listening ears for parenting challenges, and a meditation on Pope Francis’ call to “get out of the habit of being content to live from day to day without ever asking what God really wants from us.”
