Friday the 13th, so we did a modified MacDeuce doing 13 reps of each exercise in each round. After each round we ran a lap.
1-Burpees, Merkins, Flutter kicks
2-Jump squats, leg lifts, diamond merkins
3-Lunges, Floyd merriweathers, 100’s
4-Squats, wide merkins, crabcakes
5-SSHs, archer merkins, monkey humpers
6-Copperhead squats, copperhead merkins, Simpsons
We had extra time so did some surf and turf in the parking lot – bear crawl 3 spaces, crab walk 3, back to the flag
