Warm up: Carry coupons to starting point (maybe 200m), SSH x 15 IC, mountain climbers x 15 IC, 10 merkins OYO
The Thang: Run approx. 400m (or ½ loop around the park in our case), 29 squats with coupon, then 10-30 merkins per PAX preference. 7 rounds. That’s it. Boom.
The cool down: Bring coupons back.
