THE THANG: Moseyed over to The Carnegie Library Stairs and around Reeves Park back to Line up for some Block Exercises, Partnered up Partner Farmer carried two Coupons other side of Field to do Burpees, while other Partner did Burpees, Once Partner reached the other side they would switch Farmer carry two blocks to the other side while Burpees still happening. Partner Bear crawled to Other Side. Circled up for some Coupon Exercises Squat Curls, Over back of Head Press, “Snake Bite” mosey to Play ground Slide then five Pull Ups. Went back to Circle for Shared Leadership Block Exercises. 25 Different Block exercises, at 24 some yelled “Snake Bite” mosey to Play ground Slide then five Pull Ups! Went back to Circle to finish up! Slight Mosey to Stage for some Broga Thank You @Bodhi for the Idea…. Thank You @Dutch Oven for Leading Yoga.
