Reps Station 1  Travel Station 2 Reps
1 Merkins (OYO) Run/Run Squats (OYO) 12
1 Flutter Kicks (IC) Lunge Walk/Run Supermans (IC) 12

Do 1 rep @ Station 1 and 12 reps @ Station 2.

Do 2 reps / 11 reps. etc.  Always add up to 13.
