Mosey 1 lap around park.
Warm up with arm circles lunges and stretches.
Run around Park and stop at Each corner and do the following:
25 burpees
25 mountain climbers
25 side straddle hops
25 squats
Go to jungle gym and in pairs and did push-ups and pull-ups. 25 pull-ups and 50 meekins
Repeat park corner exercises.
Cool down – lunge stretch, upward dog, downward dog.
