04/23/2022 - Blast Furnace - GLIMP Hill

Ten HIM posted on a beautiful spring morning for a GLIMP hill climb beat down.

Warm-up: mosey around Reeves Park, followed by SSH, bat wings, grass pickers, imperial walkers, hillbilly walkers, stretching, and smurf-jacks (good entertainment value!).

Mosey to Manavon Park, stopping along the way to do some reverse-grip inclined merkins and calf raises.  Then Dips, American Hammer, and Step-Ups under the pavillion, all 15xIC.  Mosey to the wall for Angry Chair.

Thang: no-count DORA format.  PAX 1 moseys down Spike Hill, does 10 merkins, and sprints back up.  PAX 2 does selected exercise.  Switch.  Exercise sets were:

G – gas pumpers

L – lunges

I – imperial squat walkers

M – merkins

P – plant jacks

Mosey back home, stopping at the wall for angry chair, curb-side for reverse-grip merkins and calf raises, then 10 MOM.
