Started with warm up of Abe Vigodas, weed pickers, mountain climbers, reverse lunges, and some other things for 5 minutes, which felt like an extended warm up because apparently usually we rush through, who knew? Mostly just didn’t want to move just in case stragglers were going to show up. Unfortunately, Spike pre-blasted letting the PAX know that YHC would be QIC and I’m a real SOB.
Mosey to The Agnes Irwin School for Girls with some bear crawls thrown in there along the way. Lucky for us, the have lovely sports fields and the lacrosse pitch (is that a thing?) was calling our names.
The thang:
Bernie Sanders up the field to designated line, sprint back to the starting point. That’s it. But we actually sprinted. Which is different. Amounted to sprints of approx. 25, 50, 75, 100, 75, 50, 25, 25, 50, 75, 100, 75, 50, 25 yards. Then for Ss and Gs we did some bear crawls/crawl bears and four more 25-yard sprints. Planned on doing three but I won the last one which is BS because I’m built like an offensive lineman relative to this group, so I berated the group, we did another one, and Spike beat El Toro, and everyone else.
