Bandit suggested we start to work some back of the body exercises into our routines. As he said “f3 routines don’t do a good job of working the back side of the body. This is what we did:
ElToro warmed us up at parking lot then Bandit led the mosey to the rail park. Bandit led us off with dips, wife pleasers, supermans, and scap-merkins. Mosey to other side of rail park and repeat. Mosey thru the streets back to other side of rail park and it was Eltoros turn- Merkins (x2), diamonds, crunches. Mosey to other end of rail park and repeat. Mosey again and replay Bandits routine
we welcomed a down range pax from Raleigh- snowbird and we had two fngs
prayers and praises then ElToro closed out with a very difficult nugget (credit to Boyant for suggesting this nugget) about Drew Robinson.
