Warmup – The Q overselpt this morning after doing a 5 mile run late at night with Chew Toy (downrange from Annapolis)…he arrived 15 min late after the PAX did a warm up and lap. The Q caught up with them as they were moving the coupons to the stage.
Thang –
January 12th marked the turning point in the decisive Battle of the Bulge in 1945. The PAX partnered up. One PAX ran to the WW2 memorial at the park end, while the other PAX did the following exercises and switched. Hops provided facts about the historical battle between each round:
B – Boxcutters x100
U – Upright rows with the coupons x100
L – Lunges x100
G – Grave Diggers x100
E – Elf on the Shelf x25

Encouraged the PAX to think about the men who served in those horrible conditions during the Battle of the Bulge and to be thankful for their service and our freedom. Prayers for F3 Cardinal’s family. Cardinal passed away on 1/11 in Knoxville during his first Q.
