  2. Imperial Walkers
  3. Sprinkler
  4. Plank
  5. Dial Up
  6. Cobra
  7. Mosey around parking lot stopping to perform: Mountain Climbers, Plank Jacks, Merkins, Peter Parkers

The Thang:

3 Rounds of Tabata: 1 Minute on, 15 seconds off, 8 rotating stations.  In between Tabata rounds, bear crawl or squat shuffle around the circle

Stations Used:

Plank Jack, Dumbell Curl, Box Cutter, Shoulder Burnout, Flutter Kicks, 3 man maker-5 merkin on repeat, coupon squat and press, Heal Taps, Mountain Climbers, 3 count Merkins, Side Straddle Hops, Tricep extensions
