17 brave PAX met on the morning of January 2nd at Betzwood park to carry out what will most likely be the Annual F3 Philly GoRuck Polar Plunge! The PAX stripped down and waded into the icy water, dunked (most screamed), and then ran out to dry off. Following this, the PAX circled up, did some WU led by Hops, and then proceeded on a 4 mile ruck on the SRT. The PAX rotated a 40 lb. sandbag during the course of the ruck.
