6 HIM posted at the BlastFurnace during a calm 25 degree morning to share in the sweet celebration of National Peach Melba Day! Following a collective holiday indulgence the last few weeks, the team was determined and excited to find the abdominal framework we so easily lost a few weeks ago, ironically on a day such as this. With the strong support from a curated and themed playlist, the PAX never looked back and pushed through the challenges of the beatdown.

GRAND FINALE – Ain’t No Sunshine – While listening to Bill Withers “Ain’t No Sunshine”, the PAX collectively struggled to find the light while holding a 6-inch leg lift during the whole song and incorporating leg lifts & flutter kicks.
